Robert "Bob" Martik Sr.

Robert “Bob” Martik, Sr., 72, of Venetia, passed away Saturday February 14, 2026, at home.

He was born April 8, 1953, in New Eagle, a son of the late Frank and Marian Martik.

Bob was self-employed as a general contractor, owning and operating his business         R.W. Martik and Sons Construction and was a parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville.  His greatest joy in life was his family, especially his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife Linda Martik, two sons; Robert (Marissa) Martik Jr. of Peters Twp and Ryan (Tricia) Martik of Finleyville, one daughter; Christine Martik of Munhall, six brothers, four sisters, seven grandchildren; Aston, Lawson, Leo, Truxton, Quinn, Valen and Aurelius and one grandchild, Octavia, on the way, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 6-8pm Tuesday and 2-4 and 6-8pm Wednesday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville.  A Blessing Service will begin at 10am Thursday in the Funeral Home.  Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
