Stephanie Surmick

Stephanie Surmick, 42, of Monessen, passed away Wednesday January 21, 2026, at home.

She was born January 4, 1984, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Joseph and Cynthia Surmick of West Mifflin.

Stephanie was employed at H&R Block in White Oak.  She enjoyed decorating, crafting and gardening.  She was also a member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in Monongahela and Pleasant Hills.

Surviving in addition to her parents are one son; Jeremiah Egan, one daughter; Koriana Egan (Fiancé Gabriel Bell), three brothers; Keith (Cara), Casey (Katie) and Joe ( Katie Fahringer) Surmick and her longtime companion and father of her children Brian Egan.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm Tuesday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville, where funeral services will begin at 11am Wednesday.  Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to a cancer research charity of the donors’ choice.
